At Limitless Restoration, we offer 24/7 immediate response to all property damage emergencies. Our experienced crews will inspect your property upon arrival, assess the situation, and come up with a mitigation plan to minimize further damage. We will then present you with a work authorization form to review and sign before beginning the mitigation and cleanup process. Our primary aim is to minimize damage to your home or business and ensure a swift and smooth restoration process.
We will directly bill your insurance company for all services provided, leaving you only responsible for the deductible.
Cleanup & Mitigation
Our first priority is to prevent further damage and secure your property against further damage and theft. This includes various steps depending on the nature of the emergency. We provide services like board-up and securing the property, extracting water and sewage, packing and moving of contents, installation of drying and dehumidification equipment, debris cleanup, and applying disinfectant or sanitizers as needed. All of these measures are taken to comply with applicable regulations, protocols, and best practices. The length of mitigation and cleanup varies depending on the extent of the damage, and can range from an hour to several days.
It is crucial for insurance policy holders to take immediate action to prevent the spread of damage. Our team is equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to handle these situations quickly and efficiently to minimize the impact on your property.
Estimate Preparation
We will assess the damage caused and take pictures and measurements to prepare a plan for the mitigation and cleanup services required. We use industry-recognized software, Xactimate, which is also used by insurance companies, to document the services provided. This software generates comprehensive documentation including sketches, measurements, and photographs. Estimates for restoration services will be provided within 48 hours of completion of emergency services work.
In case your insurance adjuster plans to visit your property to assess the damage, kindly let us know. We will arrange to be present during their visit to streamline the restoration process.
Property Restoration
